One of the funniest questions I have often been asked is,
“What in the world happened to you?”
This is true in so many aspects in my life.
Not just my life.
But life in general.
One of the funniest questions I have often been asked is,

Before a year ends
I usually go back and read my posts on this site
for a “yearly review.”
I’ll be honest with you,
I made it til July and I had to stop.
This has been one depressing year.
It is full of bad luck, heartbreaks,
anger, and spite.
I really want this year to end.
Two more weeks, Ty.
Two more weeks.
It never fails.
Every time I consider shutting down this site,
someone writes me and ask for a copy of a certain song I made.
I have actually thought of just ending this site
and redirect all traffic to my Twitter.
I am on there mostly anyways.
But then I get reminded of how much work I have invested on this site
and I just can’t shut it down.
It used to be a big hit with my family and friends
or other musicians who happen to have seen this too.
Not anymore.
To be honest, I forget I have this site at all.
I can’t even make music anymore.
I am not even too happy with the last ones I posted back in July.
I used to post songs at least once or twice a month in here.
Not anymore.
To be honest, I forget to include playing music in my daily routine.
Anyways,
This site is going on its 13th year
and its still up and running.
14 years or more, to be honest.
I bought the domain name a year or so after I started this whole thing.
Before the year ends,
let me just thank those who keeps checking this site.
Even though there’s really not much updates.
Thanks to my regulars who just want to know what’s going on.
Even for that one person in the Philippines who keeps searching my site for I don’t know what.
Your endless search just keeps adding traffic to this site.
Thank you.
Now.
Christmas is coming
and for those of you who know how I feel about this
special Holiday of Stress and Obligation,
I still don’t know whose Bells I have to Jingle
to get some Christmas Spirit around here.

Just remembering my old man.
He left this world five years ago today.
With all the memories I have of him,
both good and bad,
I would like to focus more on the good ones.
I’ll be honest with you,
Dad could’ve been a politician.
Everybody loves to hear him speak.
His voice booms through the air
always making his point across.
Even his laugh resonates and echoes
throughout the house.
Especially when he tells his jokes.
His cheesy jokes that he tells us repeatedly.
Allow me to share another one of those to you.
I actually just remembered this one just now.
Dad has always been very proud of us kids.
Especially when he sees our achievements.
Of course as a parent, he wanted to claim that our abilities came from him.
But as the gentleman that he is,
he wouldn’t want to sound too full of himself.
So he would say,
“For sure, you got your smarts from your Mother.”
And someone else would answer him back,
“Are you sure, Dad? Not from you?”
(He always waits for that one.)
Then he replies,
“No. Not from me.
Because if it was from me,
you would be a Genius!”

It has been five years, Dad.
I miss our talks.
I wish you had the chance to meet your Grand-kid.
If you have 5 minutes.
Just five minutes to listen to a very well written song.
I haven’t heard a song that moved me in a while
and this one definitely did.
It’s from that British show X-Factor,
the girl’s name is Lucy Spraggan.
She did this very brilliantly.
Check it out and listen.
If these are the new kids coming out with song writing talents,
then there may be hope, people.
There may be hope.

Video games are getting quite deep these days.
Gone are the days of just pressing a button repeatedly to win.
To all those who sent messages
to greet my son on his birthday.
Even my family and friends who haven’t
even met him, sent their best wishes.
And also for the many likes on my post,
my sincerest thanks to you all.
Just a simple shout out to my little spawn,
who is not so little anymore.
Born on Canada Thanksgiving day
11 years ago today.
Happy Birthday, Son.
I will still kill for you.
Except puppies.
I like puppies.
Or maybe the cat.
If she doesn’t bug me tonight.
Much love from your old man.
